At this time, once the order has been placed and shipped there are no options to make any changes to the items in your deliveries. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, the best course of action is place a new order and return the items.

Yes! You’ve heard it right! We offer free shipping for orders above £50.00  within United Kingdom. 

Shipping outside UK will not eligible for free shipping as we will be sending the packages internationally by crossing borders. 

Good question! After you place the order we will process it right away and we will send you the tracking info in order to track your package. Shipment will take 3-5 days. 

If you did not receive the package, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy assist you and track your package and investigate further. 

YES! As a confirmation of your order, we will send a notification with all the billing details via email. As long as the payment goes through, an incorrect billing address won’t impact your order at all. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We always make sure before we ship your order we conduct standard inspection to make sure the product is good. Once we ship the package it’s already out of our control. In any case this scenario will occur, please feel free to contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Yes, if you place the order and the order was not shipped yet. We can make the changes for you. All you need to do is email us the correct shipping address and we will change it for you. 

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been shipped. Arklinen highly suggests making changes through the courier.
